Equipment Overview
The unit is the standard width of the steel coil along the longitudinal cut into a certain size of the strip and rolled into a strip drum, as rolling, welded pipe, cold bending forming, stamping forming and other processes of raw materials, replacement of different materials of the tool can be cut a variety of non-ferrous metal strip.
The standard configuration is provided
Feeding trolley, uncoiler, feeder, pre-calibration machine, storage bin, limiting device, slitting machine, side wire winding machine, pressure dividing device, damping device, winding machine, discharging trolley, hydraulic system and electrical control system. Imported PLC program controller and touch screen are used for electrical control of the whole line. The main motor of slitting machine and winder adopts DC motor, and the DC controller adopts the products of British European Company, which has the characteristics of high degree of automation, high shearing precision, stable and reliable nature, convenient operation and maintenance, etc.
