Equipment Overview
1. Double cantilever gear transmission device, the manufacturing width of the machine can be adjusted continuously, and the width and height of the profile can be changed.
2. The archway 20 is molded, and the main engine is composed of AC motor, reducer, archway, gearbox, horizontal adjustment system and rolling mold. The machine base and transmission adopt welding structure, with hardness treatment, and the roll material is 45# steel.
3. Roll forming process is produced by German COPRA software; finite element process analysis and inspection. Increase the line speed and reduce the forming resistance. So as to ensure the accuracy and stability of the equipment.
