Equipment Overview
The roller adopts a combined structure, the speed difference and forming resistance are small, and the surface wear of the steel plate is small. Each spacer and roll are marked with permanent marks for easy debugging. Using high-quality mold steel, after quenching, precision CNC lathe finishing, the surface is hard chrome plated, polished mirror treatment, high hardness, good wear resistance, long service life.
Function and configuration: the whole line adopts PLC control, man-machine interface display, part length digital setting, part length can be adjusted. The hardware is equipped with a distribution cabinet console and a counter; the operation mode is manual/automatic.

The line has automatic flexible assembly line production functions such as uncoiling, leveling, servo feeding, punching, pressing, erecting, roll forming, cutting, etc. It can produce C profile and M profile. The pressing flanging height can reach 17.5mm and the thickness range is large: from 1.5mm to 3.0mm, which perfectly solves the power problem of small driving area at the bottom of C profile, it also solves the problem of roll bending process of pre-punching deformation, and perfectly realizes the multi-purpose function of organic combination of punching, rolling and shearing.
